-We rucked an out-and-back from downtown Canton up Marietta Rd past the merge into Marietta Hwy.  It was 2 miles uphill on the way out, and 2 miles downhill on the way back.  We averaged a 15:30 pace for the 4.15 miles on this ruck.  As always, we had good convo’s and solved most of the world’s problems by the end of the ruck.

-We had a hurried COT as we all went to a Q source meeting afterwards.  I am thankful for these guys and how they make me stronger.  This was a good Friday morning!
