8-Bit designed a route that would partner with Brimstone to promote more rucking with out F3Alpha Brothers. We met at Crabapple First Baptism Church and proceeded to complete 4.25 miles in 1 hour. This exceeded the goal set each week of less than 17 minute miles.

Upon our return we had a good ole fashion COT and 8-Bit led is skillfully in prayer. We ended with coffeeteria. Great morning in the Gloom.
