Warm-up:

Mosey to the back parking lot with the sandbags (dropping them at the playground along the way).  Circle up at the bottom for IC exercises

The Thang:

Pair-up while 1 partner ran with the sandbags around the big loop in the back of the school, the other worked their way through 20 rounds of 5 pull-ups/10 push-ups/15 squats (we can all be better for next year’s Murph).  We made some modifications along the way with the sandbags so that everyone had an equal opportunity with them.  At about 6:13 we headed back to the flag just in time to call it a day.

Highlights:

Gecko is going to pass his old man sooner rather than later, and I am pretty certain that makes Bloodhound happy

El Trucko is definitely Spanish for truck, no need to look it up

We were pretty certain we had a 2nd FNG, but apparently, this Mole guy has been out to a workout before.  I am still not convinced, his form was suspect.

Dixie Chick & Aisle 7 are apparently the only men that live in Ballground.
