We moseyed over to the hill that leads into DTW on the greenprints trail. It is steep and sucks. We did 11’s on that hill. On our way back to the flag, we stopped numerous times for squat variations.
YHC was q’ing the clinic and lab on the same day, so clinic was leg heavy and lab was upper body heavy.
