We ran suicides in the parking lot.  At each of the 6 parking lanes, we stopped and did 10 reps of an exercise.   Tiny Tat lapped everyone.  I brought up the six.  Or the four, in this case.  We all got some miles in.  Great group of guys, even with Vanilli there.
