Volleyball rules style ultimate
- Field is split up into quarters. There will be cones marking midfield and quarter field lines. Normal end zones.
- Offense gets 3 throws to cross each quarter
- You can’t have 4 consecutive throws in the same quarter of the field or else it’s a turn over.
- Any throw can cross a quarter field or midfield line to restart the 3 throw count. Any throw can score.
- The 3rd throw must:

- Be a dump back into the previous quarter
- Be a score
- Extra point if you never dump back over a line.
