Today at the Cheetah we did a Super 21, catch me if you can edition.

  • We each grabbed a partner
  • The first person takes of running around the school
  • The second person does 1 Merkin and 1 big boy
  • Then he catches up to his partner, and his partner does 1 Merkin and 1 big boy
  • Then he catches up to his partner, and his partner does 2 Merkins and 2 Big Boys
  • This continues for a full set of 21 Merkins and 21 Big Boys for a total of 231 Merkins & 231 Big Boys in 45 mins.
  • Those who completed it before Recovery time, did another set of 21 in the parking lot.
  • Toe taps (left/right foot taps = 1) and Squats .
  • The whole group ran a 5k around HSE while performing the Super 21.
