Very Important… Dump Truck would have split the Q 50/50 with Mr VP… we uninvited him after finding out his herd of children have contracted COVID. they’re fine, just holding down the fort for their incubation period.

this is all I recall of the acrostic. During music when we heard Roxanne play we had to move to plank position and do 1 plank jack each time we heard Roxanne. Certain PAX (ahem, Swap) have no business singing outside of their own vehicle…

Dump Truck had the second half of the Q:

As previously mentioned, Dump was quarantined so YHC was put in the position of designing… BSing a 30min Q

Ring of Fire is where it’s at! I determined we would do “Just 1” then “Just 2” then “Just 3” reps of various exercises while everyone else held a position. after “Just 1 burpee” everyone started to distrust me… which is valid b/c we ended up doing many more reps of exercises.

Rounded out the last 10 minutes of the Q with Bernies up the hill and squats at the top.

Mosey back for a little Mary. YHC made sure to call Brad Pitt at the last 30 seconds and shocker… he had us hold 6″ for the whole :30.
