The Vineyard was looking a little rough, so we “recycled” a Mouth 2 Mouth idea from a few months ago and incorporated trash pick up into today’s beatdown.

The setup was a Dora workout – 100 Merkins, 200 squats, 300 LBC’s.  Each exercise was split into 10 sets.  After each set, the Pax would run through the parking lot and surrounding areas and pick up trash and throw it in the trashcan.  We almost filled a large Rubbermaid can.   One quick set of flutterkicks before time.

COT – each Pax gave a name of someone to pray for.  Charleston Chew was the 6th man and we prayed for health for his 2 1/2 year old son.

Our AO is in better shape because of these men.  I’m sure the high school students will give us opportunity to do this again soon.
