We started with a long mosey around the back of the high school to the round about.  The warm up was 15 SSH, 15 monkey humpers, and 15 flutter kicks in cadence.  We went on another mosey around the back of the middle school to the hill aptly named the “grapes of wrath”.  Wrath they were, in theory running up and down the hill 5 times would be no real feat.  However, running up backwards gave the phrase “feel the bern” a whole new meaning.  8 of us had our lives flash before our eyes, feeling we may be dying and unbearable death.  Then we all look over, and Tiny Tat looked like he could go all day and all night without breaking a sweat.  Another short mosey, this time to the high school and did a round of 11’s.  Big boy situps on one side, bear crawl to other side, incline merkins, and crawl bear back.  This occupied more time than expect, we skipped what was next and headed to the flag for our “ode to the westside”.  The link is below, but found a real treat of a song that is 3.47 long and says the word “westside” 71 times.  Hold the plank, merkin on WESTSIDE.  Link below to the song.  Finished with about 3 minutes of mary.

Go Daddy has alot of traveling next month, he also had a prayer for all of us.  With everything going on in the world, be open to new opportunity with this ever changing environment we are in.

Lizard King – Don Bell who is 82 years old has leukemia
