GROOT has grown with F3 the past month and has grown enough to do his first VQ!

The beatdown began with Groot running the pax up around to the top of the amphitheater. Where he circled everyone up and performed a series of dynamic exercises.

He then explained the beatdown as everyone was warming up:

3 teams.

A Spartan Bucket filled with the Official F3 playing cards.

The teams would run around the outside of the green and would sent one man to go up and retrieve a card. Once the man came back with the card, the team would perform that exercise and when finished would return to their teams goal. Then the next man would go. This would contiue until all the cards were drawn and performed. If a joker was pulled, the team could pick another team to sabotage by telling them to do 50 of an exercise.

The beatdown finished with some ab work and Groot had everyone do some yoga and breath work.
