Warmorama – In a slight breach of protocol, there really wasn’t one. Instead of the typical warmup we did two upper laps. On the second lap we stopped at each light post and did 2 burpees

The Thang (1): We ran up and jogged down the FMS hill over and over and over (and over) again. We did 25 reps of a different exercise in between each run. YHC called on a different PAX for each exercise. Except for Pop Up, who called on himself and chose weed pickers.

The Thang (2): We did a burpee tabata as a finisher: 20 seconds of burpees, 10 second rest x 8.

COT: It was Cookies’ one year anniversary. He talked about how F3 has sharpened him and helped him deal with adversity.

Naked Man Moleskin: Cookies is a tough kid. He is training to become a fireman and wore his fire suit and air tank during the beat down. He almost died, but walked it off and was able to finish. Good stuff.
