Warm O Rama – Weed Pickers, Wind Mill, Imperial Walker, Sun-gods

We completed the 100 today in the gloom, even though we enjoyed a little light to see each others faces.  100-SSH, 90-Mtn Climbers, 80-LBC’s, 70-Walking Lunges, 60-Merkins, 50-Squats, 40-LBC’s, 30-SSH, 20-Merkins, 10-Burpees, 5-Merkins, 2 laps around the lot.

We completed 2.5 rounds of the 100 and had a couple minutes left for each PAX to lead a round of some merry.  Scanner has a great baritone voice when leading an exercise as it demands respect.  Jack-a-lope demanded on some bonny blairs and on the last exercise, Bayside for some reason wanted to close us out with 15 burpees, still not sure why he thought would be a good idea.
