Since the AO is the Armory we took a little dive into history and learned about the 100 Years war.

BD:

Run to bottom of “the hill”, short warm o rama.

Perform 2 exercises at the bottom of the hill, run to the top of the hill, two more exercises, read a fun history fact, repeat through 5 rotations. We made it through one full round and 4 of another for a total of nine. Each two exercise segment totaled 116 reps which is the true length of the 100 Years War. Total reps 2,088.
