YHC not the only one sounding the gloom horn this morning….  For all the glorious sounds and smells YHC has delivered in the gloom at the flight deck payback was in the air this morning as all the pax were pumping out last nights cinco de Mayo entrees.

merkin mile, run a mile 10 4-count merkins every 1/4 mile.
4 rounds of dips and leg raises in cadence. Shared the love on leading cadence.
bear crawl mile (not really for a mile but felt like it). Crawl from the darkness to the light.

ring of fire to the tune of Johnny cash either singing about love or std’s or both. Exercises were Superman’s and pose, pickle pounders and elbow plank, 6 inches and flutters.

ended with 3 rounds of AB infused BOMBS: 10 burpees, 10 outlaws, 10 4-count mountain climbers, 10 bbs, 10 scissors. Run a lap, rinse and repeat.
