Tha Thang 2: Of course there was football involved in this workout, it’s bowl season! Borrowed the 2.0’s christmas gift for this one, a 15″ oversized football. The group “rotated” between QB, WR and Center trying to complete passes down the bus lane. Mix of merkins for incomplete passes and LBCs for completed passes. Don’t ask how YHC came up with the number of reps. Lined up shoulder to shoulder and moseyed back up the bus lane while pitching the football to the PAX beside them, 5 burpee penalty for drops, which of course there were a few of.

Tha Thang 3: Countdown to the new year. 10 big boi sit ups, run a lap, 9, so on and so forth. Rushed the last few, ended a minute early, added in some American Hammers and Dollies to get us to the end. Happy New Year, gentlemen!

Naked Man Moleskin: White Claw and FMB barely made it back for the workout, Pella barely made it back into the woods, Rest Stop barely made it into the parking lot and we all barely made it through this thrown together, garbage workout. Thanks for sticking with it and being good sports, guys!
