The Thang:

Gave background on LT Murph and the workout. Completed Murph in this fashion….

Naked Man Moleskin:

-Not sure why Butterfly does not come up in list of PAX but he was there hence we had 8. (we need his info to enter into FNG form I suspect)

-Chatterbox pull-up bars actually worked well for the murph and we had no issues sharing the two between 8 pax; it went smoothly.

-Grylls wore a ruck again for most of it and didn’t almost die this time.

-YHC pissed off some fire ants and they came for us all, kept the mind off the pain of the pull-ups

-Bayside led the leader board with a time of sub 30 minutes (you could contest this time but you weren’t there)

-as we finished up, cross fit group was coming on for some sloppy second pull-up bars – they gotta wake up earlier; we owns the gloom

-Good work by all, and nice cofferteria after. Good start to the week
