YHC has not q’ed since last summer due to injury, so it was like my VQ all over again.  So we revisited that workout today.

We moseyed the long way to the pavilion .  Warm o rama with SSH, Weedpickers, Micheal Phelps, Windmills, stalled Merkins, and burpee starjumps.

Mosey to the stage where the PAX each got to roll the dice and lead the exercise that came up.  Star Wars theme means Star Wars names.
