The Thang

It was time for some redemption on the Dirty Dozen, IYKYK. We began with an 1/2 mile run as a group and ended up in the grass area beside the parking lot. From there we entered the redundancy of the BD where we wouldn’t move much for the next 25 minutes.

• (12 Reps) Squats
• (12 Reps) Big Boy Sit-Ups
• (12 Reps) Lunges

The PAX were skeptical through 3 rounds wondering if this would be effective (YHC too…). It proved to be very effective as my shoulders were toast by the end of 12 rounds.

We capped it off with another 1/2 mile run.

Downward Dog was the 6th Man and expressed a lot of gratitude for the Cherokee PAX for the growth and accountability he has experienced through F3. Great group of guys here! Prayed for **Coach** Twilight and his M as they begin the process of selling their house and finding a rental for the next year.
