The Chatterbox lived up to its name with non-stop mumble the entire time.  We mosied over to the pavilion where we warmed up with 20 side straddle hops, 15 weed pickers, 15 mountain man reverse knee ups, and Michael Phelps.

From here, we mosied to the basketball court where we partnered up for some team exercises.  They included 100 merkins, 150 flutter kicks, 200 squats, and 250 crunches.  The other partner was running full court suicides.

We then mosied to the track where we ran the Indian mile while one person carrying a sandbag, which was passed back each to each man as they ran to the front.

it was a fun time had by all….except when Jackalope was taking selfie’s if his nips that were showing in his XXS shirt.
