Black Swan lead us in a little mossy to the Middle school

The Thang
Black Swan: LEAD
We started by running Elevens up and down the hill by the Middle School.
Monkey Humpers at the bottom and Merkins at the top, but no that wasn’t it…… the kicker was we did Bear Crawls up and Crawl Bears down.
Lamb Chop: LEAD
Passing the Q over to me/Lamb Chop, we ran over to get coupons and up to the front of the Middle School.
Partnering up – one partner did a workout and the other partner ran down the stairs and up the hill back to the front of the school and then they switched (each team did this two times).

Passing the Q back to Black Swan- We put the coupons back, and with our arms and shoulders smoked, we called out “balls to the wall” while your partner did merkins and switched as needed. We got two rounds of this before heading back to the Shovel Flag. We then headed back to the Shovel Flag and had a quick Mary.
Lamb Chop: LEAD
Gas Pumps – I call out “hold” and they hold in place until I say “In” while PAX gives out the count.
