We started running at 5:30 am

The Thang

Name of Workout: The Invasion

Route: We started at Canyon’s then went up Main Street to The Murph, ran to the back gate and on the way out, we wrote The Flying V by their shovel flag along with a sweaty ass print. We then ran back down Main Street to the split, up to the Elementary school where we circled back to Canyon’s. The route was close to 5.5 Miles.

COT & BOM:

• Lizard King was the 6^th man, and we thanked the Lord for his recent promotion.
• Talked about the Speed for Need 5k race coming up.
• We prayed for good health and recovery as well as any families suffering from COVID.

A few takeaways:

• Picanha ran this route before everyone arrived and repeated the same route with the group and still finished in front of the pack. Great Push, had to be running a 7.30 pace or better.
• Guys even showing up injured to still participate in what they could. Great Comradery Great Conversations, and motivation.
• Exile has that good coffee
