The Thang:

• 1 pushup, 1 squat on stage. Run across field and up stairs. 1 burpee. Go down the stairs and do 20 dips. Return to stage.
• Next round is 2 of everything…up to 10.
• Run trail to Chatt tech. 1 minute of AMRAP curls. Run to amphitheater to finish.
