Saluki was the mystery Q. It was a mystery so that you PAX would show up. It worked.
He started the Radio Silence BD (We don’t want to wake the Karens) by yelling at us to MOSEY! Which we did down to the track and back up Racquet, then cut through the gazebo parking lot back to the flag. I think there was an attempt at an Indian run in there, but with 34 guys… oh well.
Back at the flag we circled up and did some AMRAPs. I’m not sure what all we did but it was all on all fours and it all sucked.
A short mosey and barely avoiding a pileup in the mud bog just East of the basketball court, we gathered on the court and partnered up for BOMBS. 25 burpees, 50 overhead claps, 75 merkins, 100 big boys, 125 squats. The other partner did lunges, then bear crawls to half-court and back.
It wouldn’t be a Saluki Q’d Radio Silence BD without incorporating tennis… So starting on the side of the court, we bear crawled to the first line, 1 burpeee, crawlbeared back and proceeded to the next line for 2 burpees, and so on. Many modified, including YHC.
Mosey’d back to the flag for some mary to the finish time.
What an incredible showing for our official launch. Guys came from all over the county, and I appreciate every one of you. Shout out to short circuit and my co-site Q hustler, who was traveling for work today for all their work in starting this thing. SYITG next Thursday.
