What did AirBud have for dinner last night? Hangnail…nailed it and guessed Meatloaf.

This lead to a beatdown to the sounds of Meatloaf! In 7th grade meatload was 5′ 2″ and weighed 240 pounds! What a loaf?!?!?!

That’s right…we did 4 groups of exercises that equaled a total of 240 reps per group.

After every group, we Kate Bush’d THE HILL and at the top did 5 BURPEES & 2 MERKINS.
