Mosey to the bottom of Bascomb Mountain. Triple Nickel – Run up the hill, 5 burpees, Run down the hill, 5 burpees. Rinse and Repeat X5
The Thang 2
Mosey to the Football Filed. First and Ten – Start at 10 yard line doing 11’s (10 merkins, 1 burpee). Sprint to the other end zone. Mosey back to 20 yard line. 9 Merkins, 2 burpees. Sprint to the other end zone Mosey back to the 30 yard line. Continue this to the end. Unless you are SnotRocket and run the entire football field each time. Pick up the 6.
