No warm-a-rama, it’s Full Murph Tuesday, the last Tuesday of the month, where we test our personal progress, how much of The Murph we can complete, and our time.

The Thing:  The Murph

• 100 pull ups
• 200 merkins
• 300 squats
• 1 mile

We had some stellar HIM’s making huge progress in their time, with OP knocking ~6 minutes off his time hitting ~32 min(ish).

It was great having new additions to the Full Murph Progress Day with @Sooorie and @Rojas joining for the first time and @Short Circuit making a return visit.

Praise for Tinfoil’s “M’s” new job and answered prayers that were unexpected.  Praise for Oracle’s Dad getting assistance needed with his dementia getting worse (answered prayers following F3 COT prayers).

Honor the Fallen – Army Staff Sgt. Ryan Knauss, died age 23, Corryton, TN who lost his life 11/8/21 with 13 other servicemembers killed in the attack on Kabul (*note*, need to make sure he is not already on the board and will adjust if so).
