Mosey around the lot, mosey around again waiting on Jersey Shore’s FNG.  Good thing we did because Gekko came squealing in on two wheels.  Mosey to lot by amphitheater for SSHs, WeedPickers, Imperial Walkers, Copperhead Merkins and Squats, Sun Gods (IC) and Michael Phelps.

Triple nickel – 5 Mike Tysons, sprint up the hill by the track, 5 Monkey Humpers, back down the hill.  Repeat 5 times

Mosey to the football field.

Partner up.  P1 begins to bear crawl the length of the field, while P2 does 5 hand release merkins, 10 LBCs, 15 squats, then sprints the length of the football field (100 yards) then turns and finds P1 and they flip flop.  Repeated that until 5 minutes left then mosey to the flag and Mary until Endex.

6th man was IcyHot.  Explained his F3 name and how F3 has impacted his life.  Welcomed 2 FNGs today!  Strawberry is from up north somewhere and is a Yankees fan so somehow we landed on Strawberry.  Tru-Doh is from the Great White North and is a Chiropractor with Jersey Shore, so we landed on Trudeau (PM of Canada) which got changed to “Tru-Doh” somehow.  Announcements and Prayers.
