Six brave souls made it out in the gloom today at the Apex. Well, 5 made it and Snot Rocket eventually showed up after a major coffee malfunction.

The Thang

We did a long mosey around the middle school, stopping to do Warm-a-Rama before venturing around back of the school.

Made it to back to the steps and everyone got a coupon. 11s with goblet squats and BBS. Travel included and a run down and a Bernie back. Snot Rocket joined us as we finished these up. The next thing up was an idea YHC has been cooking up for a while. We rifle carry Indian walked. Coupons overhead we did a lap around the parking lot, Indian run style. Anytime a coupon went down, we all paused and did a burpee. Next up, we did thrusters and flutter kicks, with runs in between. Put away our coupons, moseyed to the flag, with just enough time for 3 min of Mary. Ended up with some solid work and about 2.7 miles traveled.

We ended as always with a COT. Prayers for Pig Knuckle’s and his M’s new pregnancy, Sooorie’s move today and Bradybunch and his M.
