Four months ago, YHC was a boy. Then Vanilli heard about F3 and YHC was immediately intrigued. YHC didn’t know at the time that F3 would be a big step in the journey toward becoming a man.

This morning at the Vineyard we had a whopping 18 PAX! YHC got his socks blown off when he found out that people who would normally post someplace else came out to just to see the VQ. As the workout started, the smiles quickly faded when Doddy’s favorites, Bear Crawls, were announced. YHC wanted to do Crab Walks but Vanilli yanked the plug on that. Thank goodness we had the Merkins/Big boys to relieve us from the Bear Crawl though.

Our second time around the PAX were at first happy to find out we had a break from the Bear Crawls with Frankenstein’s and Lunge Walks. They were not as easy as you would think and apparently GoDaddy gets plenty of practice at Frankenstein’s because its how he walks every morning before he fully wakes up. As the PAX Lunge Walked, Grylls starts chattering about YHC’s form. Being the honest Q that I am, YHC turned around and started Lunge Walking towards him (that shut him up real quick).

Moving on towards the end of the Frankenstein’s and Lunging,  YHC announced “Fifteen Star Jumps!” and immediately the whole PAX started to whine and complain and fuss. That was the moment that made YHC’s day and the feeling of a successful Q overcame me.

Next time around YHC made a brutal mistake and gave into the whining of the PAX and changed it to squats instead but LizardKing informed YHC to never to give into the squealing from the PAX. That planted a great idea so the following round YHC “sure as Helm” wasn’t going to give in again. So instead of the normal Fifteen Star Jumps YHC yelled  in disgust “TWENTY STAR JUMPS!” and the moaning and groaning that followed was magnificent.

We ended off the workout Vanilli style with some times sprints and a little Merry. 6 man Chevy shared about his life and how we can pray for him. I would like to give a special thanks to LizardKing, GoDaddy, and Vanilli for making this possible and spreading the word for me.
