Bustin’ out a classic.

The Thang:

One player “hides” while the rest complete an exercise. We started with 35 Squats. While the player is hiding they do as many reps as they can fit in while they remain unfound. When all the PAX gather at the hiders spot the hider stops their reps. That group then completes that amount of exercises while the first finder becomes the hider. You get it. It’s Hide and Seek.

Some exercises we did: Squats, Burpees, Hand Release Merkins, Leg-Lifts, Imperial Walkers, Air Press, and BBS. The reps ranged from a lot to a heck of a lot.

We wrapped up our game on the stage with some simultaneous-air-press-tip-toe-things. They were hard on the brain and on the calves.

COT:

Prayers for Nesquik’s Jury Duty. No sixth man, but Nesquik gave us a name history anyways!

Naked Man Moleskin:

Jesus put it best: “For there is nothing hidden that will not be disclosed, and nothing concealed that will not be known or brought out into the open.” – Luke 8:17. Our lives are meant to be lived honestly. Our faith should be in the open, our joys, and our triumphs…like showing up on a 33 degree morning! But that’s not all we should be open about. We need to confess our sins to each other so we aren’t bound by them.

As men, we struggle with a lot, but do we settle with the struggle? Or do we actually believe we have real freedom? Reflect and confess. Live honestly. Turn to Christ and experience the real freedom He has for you.

BandCamp out.
