Just started running – went straight to top of THE HILL, half mile away from the flag.  One by one, a person picks an exercise for the rest of the PAX to do while they run down the hill and back up.  Down and back was on average 4 minutes for each.  This turned out to be the best beatdown for 2nd F… while someone was burning up the hill, the rest caught up on stories of toddlers with bear spray, bumble love stories, angry man eating bison, and questionable new Netflix shows.  But it all goes south when someone calls for bonnie blairs.  At least no one did burpees.
