How cool to turn our neighborhood shieldlock into a formal AO!! While we’re more than 2 months into this already, this is the first official SLAB beatdown.

Bummer to lose Long Island’s Q last minute for work, but it happens and it’s a blessing to have a job right now. YHC had something in store to make the day memorable…

Warmed up with a mosey around the pool/clubhouse block. Then SSH, Imperial walkers, squats… maybe something else.

the Thang:

mosey to steep hill below the tennis courts for 6 sets of: 100 Butkus on curb, crawl bear up steep hill, 20 BBS, bear crawl down steep hill.

Then suicides using the 12 trees along the road.

lastly, mosey to playground for a Dora except all three exercises only go up to 100 reps each. Exercises were merkins, star jumps, and j-los rubicon. While one partner doing the exercise, the other runs down the hill around the playground and bunny hops up the 3 sets of stairs.

Great to see you guys out in the gloom. Mad respect for our FNG Crabsmas that not only gave us some great material to work with for the name, but also splashed merlot in the COT… way to push hard and leave it all out there! Can’t  wait for next Tuesday y’all
