The Thang:

Mosey to pavilion.

40’s doing imperial squat walkers and dips.  PAX performed 35 imperial squat walkers then 5 dips.  Cycled up and down by 5 until flip flopped the two.

Mosey to parking lot and had 6 stations with a designated letter assigned to spell out BLIMPS.

PAX performed burpees, lunges, imperial walkers, merkins, plank jacks and squats.  Rinse and repeat adding 5 to each rep.

Mosey back to flag and performed a round of Mary until time was called.

Lots of prayer requests for the PAX.

It was an honor to lead these guys today.
