Warmorama…
Start a loop mosey as Doughboy was rolling in hot, didn’t want to leave him undercooked, we got work to do! Started mosey around back of Booth Middle, stopped about .25 mile in and did weedpickers, copperhead squats, michael phelps, sun gods. Mosey to drainage field.
The Thang…
We moseyed over .5 miles to this site where YHC setup a cone field. 100 feet long with a line in center where two stacks of tires lay waiting. Split group into two teams. Each team starts on their respective sides with 15 merkins/15 SSH/15 squats each. After completion of the first set, PAX may bear craw to center of field and grab 1 tire from their stack(about 8 tires per stack)and take it back to their side (walking or running is allowed upon return) . They then start again with the same exercises in order to advance (while bear crawling) again to center. Once center stack is exhausted(it quickly was, we had 11 PAX), you must perform the same exercises again in center of field in order to advance to opponents’ side and steal a tire and bring back. The team with most tires at the end on their side is the winner. The prize? You get stronger. Great job all!
COT…
Prayers for Village People’s 2.0 and her recovery from a concussion, Waffle Cone’s friend he knows who’s husband committed suicide, he had a great word on reaching out to others who might be alone. Encouraged us to reach out to people we may not have been in contact with for a while. Prayers for Doughboy and his family and upcoming cupcake in the oven.
Naked Man Moleskin…
Koi was either genuinely very inquisitive about the initial instructions or just heckling me, either way, most PAX caught on quite quickly. YHC took the short route back to the flag and arrived with almost 10 minutes to spare. Lots of Mary was performed, the abs were screaming! Thanks Lifeboat for giving the washboards some reprieve by calling Carolina Dry Docks.
