The wall was scaled!
After a great warm-up involving side straddle hops, cosack squats, weed pickers, michael phelps, and arm circles, pax were taken
to the wall. Everyone partnered up, and while one person ran the parking lot, the other chipped away at the following (completed as
a team):
100 wall-over burpees
200 wall merkins (incline & decline)
300 wall step ups.
Most pax were able to complete it just before time was called.
