Via the word of Village People we joined some other PAX across the nation in this beatedown. In honor of another PAX’s father who passed away, we did The Win. Moseyed for laps, 13 reps of warm-ups, side straddle hop, shoulder taps, Imperial walkers. The beatdown was reps of 83 because the man lived 83 years. After we finished the Reps, we always completed eight burpees before moving onto the next exercise.  Dips, lbc’s, overhead presses, & flutter kicks. We finished w/ a Mary compromised of various exercises from the PAX present.
