It was a cold morning on the South Loop. I thought I was gonna keep a slower pace but, as usual with a group of gazelles, I failed miserably. Ended up sputtering out around mile 4 and turned the lead over to Copper. Thanks bud!

It was a trail run so not much to recap. Lars did channel his inner David Goggins with that title quote and I think Mall Cop is blaming us for him catching covid.

All in all I felt pretty good even though I was still shaking off the post-rona lull. Loving the move to Blankets….so much room for activities!
