Warmed up with Side Straddle Hops, Weed Pickers, Windmills, Imperial Walkers.

On the terrace wall we did dips, inclined Merkins and declined Merkins.

Next we did a Dora with:

  • 50 Curls with 30 or 35 lb weights
  • 100 Mountain Climbers 2 Count
  • 150 Looper Base Triceps
  • 200 Plank Jacks – 2 Count
  • 250 Flutter Kicks – 4 Count
  • 300 Shoulder Taps – 4 Count
  • 350 Big Boy Situps

Then we did 5 minutes of Bear Crawls up the hill with 5 merkins at the top and reverse bear crawls back down.

The Grand Finale was 2 human pyramids. I had intended for there to be just one, but with 39 guys we split it into two.
