Third times the charm.

After trying to get enough PAX to boot up their Win 95 PC’s and get off the landline so their Dial Up DSL internet connection will work YHC loved being able to share the burn!

Warm-o-rama:

SSH, sun-gods, michael phelps, weed pickers — we did some number YHC just went 3 past when it started to feel warm for each.

The Thang:

YHC loves doing things timed, it helps keep everyone on schedule so YHC thought it would be great for 2 minute rounds of the following.

clap-merkins( you clap on the up)

squat jumps

sitouts (start in a plank and raise you left arm while bring your right leg under yourself to the other side making it look like you’re sitting, then return to plank for right arm left leg)

v-ups

With a 30 second break in between each we felt like it was time to really get things going.

28 burpees, during the first 2 minutes Gut Check counted that he did 28 burpees so YHC thought it would be great to get to that number for everyone.

Now is when the fun really started.
