Paid a visit to the Kodiak via Grandmar to Curtis, take a lap around the track with the Kodiak boys. Continue past the school on Owens Store down Old Curtis back onto Grandmar and on to the flag. 5.1 miles total.

Quietest I’ve ever (not) heard LawDog. Chitwood already bailing on his New Year’s goals or maybe he had some more pineapple before the beatdown? Yogi is getting freaky fast and stayed out ahead of LawDog and YHC for most of the morning where he tended to find the deepest puddles for the rest of us. Visited the Kodiak boys and gave the Mole a hard time for duplicating Monday’s workout. Been there done that and felt the suck in the legs during the run. Until next time!
