Counting from the PAX was less than enthusiastic.  I thought they may need to wake up a bit, but they soon pointed out that we were disturbing a man catching a nap in the pavilion who had gone unnoticed by the QIC.  This news was followed by a mosey away from the pavilion and some improved rep counting.

The thang:

11’s with burpee broad-jumps and windshield wipers.

Burpee broad jumps started at the end of the field, next to the playground fence and were carried out in the direction of the parking lot.  After completion of burpee broad jumps for a given round, PAX bear crawled the rest of the way across the field (~50 yds) to the location of the windshield wipers.  After windshield wipers, PAX Bernie Sanders’d around the parking lot (~200 yds) then jogged back across the field for the next round.

In round 8, we were gifted with a fly-over.  The PAX were instructed to perform 20 push-ups, but no one knew what those were, so we did Merkins instead.

We wrapped up with 4 minutes of Mary, which included some LBCs, box cutters, American hammers, and planks in motion.

We closed with a COT and enjoyed a post-beatdown coffeteria.
