Bringing back a previous beatdown from the past.

After a brief warm-o-rama with some of the usual SSH, WPs, etc we get right to work.

THE THANG:

Fetch your coupon, you’re gonna hold on to it for a while! Overhead rifle-carry, moving as a unit, from “the guardrail” to the bottom of Iron Hill (Eagle Dr.) That’s a long way to carry coupons overhead, so we’ll take a break any time any PAX needs. All that is needed is for a PAX to shout loud and proud “I FEEL GOOD” and then lead the group in ten coupon-merkins (we can’t let em go!) to give those shoulders a break. Then continue towards our goal.

Upon reaching our destination at Eagle Dr & Iron Hill we move to phase 2:

Start with 5 Man-maker Burpees at the base of the hill.

Carry the coupon uphill, stopping at the first street light for 5 Man-Maker Burpees +1.
– After your Man-makers leave the coupon there and run to the base of the hill and back
– Carry your coupon to the next street light
Now 5 Man-maker burpees +2, followed by a run to the base of the hill and back up to fetch the coupon and continue in this manner adding a rep to the man-makers at each street light.

Eventually we’re at time, so hustle those coupons back to their home and get back to the flag for a COT and some quality Apex Coffeteria.
