Mosey up the stairs to a quick warmup. Then down to the Hickory Flat Elementary front entrance for some derkens, bench rows, and broad jumps.

Time for Indian races with mixed in merkens and squats and burpees. There was a cheating team and an honest team. You and God will be the judge of who “won”.

Then onto stairs and burpees for one team and negative sets of merkens, squats, and big boy sit-ups for the other team. Switch when finished.

Almost finished (where the hell is Almost?) with mountain climbers and sprints. Then mosey back to the flag.

Last 2 mins taken up with Peter Parkers and jumping jacks. My brain stopped at the sprints so I forgot the name for jumping jacks.
