WARMUP: SSH, imperil walker, weed pickers
THE THANG: Four corners around HSE, We did 17’s since that is my lucky number. We started with Squats, 17 of them at each corner, followed by merkins, big boys, lunches and finished with SSH. We ran over 3 miles around the school
MARY: Each pax called out a different exercise but we finished it with Tebows twirl of doom.
