We got 3 rounds of Tombstone in and then did “Ring of Fire” to the song.
The BD was themed from the movie Tombstone which is one of YHC’s favorite movies and I added in a playlist consisting of country music Outlaws such as Willie Nelson, Waylon Jennings, Charlie Daniels, Hank Williams Jr., and Johnny Cash. Of course, Toby Keith isn’t one of the old country music outlaws but he’s an outlaw in his own right. It was fun putting together the BD and the playlist that brought back memories of my stepdad and the music he used to play when I was growing up.
The pax pushed through the reps and I’ll admit the first 3 exercises really pushed us to our limits and the pain was real. YHC was able to shut down jackalopes cutting on narco for the most part but he got a few jabs in. Can’t say I heard much from narco and I wonder why? Good to have panhandle out as well as downward dog, b-line, and roll tide. The usual suspects were present but of course, drumstick was a no-show again. Man, that guy SMH.
