I WAS ON TIME!!!  It’s a first for this month!  I have been challenged lately by my fellow Pax to be more prompt and I am taking it seriously…well, at least today I did.  Who knows about next time.  🙂

I had several things planned for this morning.  I over planned and had more than we could fit in.  So, I had to make some adjustments along the way.  But I am glad we didn’t do what I originally planned for us to do.  That was just awful!

We took a short mosey around the parking lot and out to the outer ring road and ran to the yellow gates.  It was there we did the Warm-o-Rama.

Side Straddle Hops, Weed Pickers, and Imperial Walkers.  It was short and sweet.

The Thang!

We started with 11’s at the gate.  We did 10 squats at the bottom of the hill, ran up the road to the top of the hill (where the intersection is) and did our Merkins.  There was some grumbling by the Pax about the music not traveling with us and others were asking where the tour of 11s was because we were in one place for a long time.  You see, I made the mistake of naming the beat down before we started and before I realized that our first set of 11s was going to take forever.  So, I called an audible and after we were down to 4 and 7 I changed our location and the exercises.

We then moseyed over to the tennis courts.  It was there that we did 10 toes to the fence, ran back to the baseball fields and did dips on the picnic tables and bleachers.  When Dig-Em finished his full set of 11s, we moved on.

We moseyed to the main road just past the roundabout and did 11 American Hammers at the top of the hill.  Then we ran down the grass and did 11 Mountain Climbers.  We ran over to the entrance of the high school and did 11 Star Jumps and we were out of time.

Soft Spot was our 6th man and shared that he was looking for a career change.  Prayers for him and his family during this time of potential transition. Prayers for M2M as he works to pass the Real Estate Exam, and coach Drew at RR as he is battling with Cancer.  Prayers for the men of F3 to not be alone and to work to build relationship!
