Strated with a warmorama. Then did Catch Me if you Can at the top of the hill – 2 sets each between partners – 3 Burpees and then 4 Burpees. Moseyed to the bottom of the hill and did a Pump Jack. Moseyed up to the middle of the hill and did a Febreeze – Someone farted at the end of it which was perfect.

Moseyed back to the top for more Catch me if you can – This time with bear crawls. Moseyed back to the bottom and did a counting plank exercise. Moseyed back to the middle and did a Plank Compass.

Moseyed backed to the top for one last Catch me if you can – this time with American Hammers. Wrapped up with a quick MARY to complete the beatdown.

It was said this Beatdown made a backwards Trademark T on their app, hence the name 🙂
