Everyone was worked hard, just as you would expect.  Warm up was complete with Mountain Man Poopers (perfected at the 20th rep) and Take a Knees along with the regular Merkins and variety pack stretches….  High Knees forward and backwards, Bear Crawl and Crawl Bears, Oklahomas.

Sled Work down the field and back several times

Dirty Hundreds twice

10 Merkins every 10 yards twice

Completed the work out with a Football Indian Run which we perfected by the time we ran 400meters

Everyone got what they came for – no merlot which was a shame!  No one really complained and mumble chatter was held to a minimum which was surprising…..
