We started with a game of jackpot with the frisbee. We had a great time with minimal head injurys (sorry for the elbow Count). Whoever caught it switched places while everyone else did 3 burpees. We then repeat this changing the punishment to squats, imperial walkers, and SSHs, until-

Mozzyed around back to the parking lot then around to the feild. We divided into two teams to play Speedball then Ultimate Frisbee. After a while we switched to one team defending against the other team trying to score in the goal. We switched between using the frisbee and football until-
